Who are my typical clients and students?

Active Agers interested in keeping their bodies moving at any age. Working on flexibility, mobility, stability and improving balance is crucial for longevity.

Living with chronic pain, physical restrictions due to injuries, stress and tension. They're ready for relief.

Have been diagnosed, living with and beyond cancer. This has interrupted and seriously impacted their lives.

Feeling 'stuck in a rut' both physically and emotionally. This is keeping them from living a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
I combine Eastern and Western philosophies, methodologies and practices,
Focus on restoring balance and harmony in the mind body, rather than just treating symptoms.
Students and clients become more aware of what changes need to be made to live a longer, healthier, more gratified life.
Awareness is the key to change.
You can't change anything that you're not aware of.
I teach small group classes online, in person
and
work privately with clients.
I create customized fitness and wellness programs with their goals in mind.
